Cancellation dates & Policies

Prior to September 1, 2006 cancellation will result in a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee and any costs incurred associated with room and/or airline charges. No refunds will be given after September 1, 2006.   The registration fee covers all expenses except incidental hotel expenses and deviations from the scheduled airline flight or name changes, which are at the expense of the delegate.
